In which we apply the 50% – 50% methodology. We start with the first 50% of theoretical instructions and concepts, then and after making sure that trainees got a clear grasp of this part, we shift to the other 50% which includes real life case studies, dilemmas, actual projects, etc. in a team work groups.
The aim of this mechanism:
Through our experience in providing this program in several Arab countries, we have found that there is a high degree of “application gap” or what so called “Execution Gap”
Between what a trainee learns and what he finds applicable in his company or organization. Accordingly it was necessary for us to provide the trainee with the practical mechanism that transfers this new experience to his place of work efficiently and effectively enough.
